Olivia started with a dissatisfaction from seeing the proliferation of food items laden with artificial inputs, high sugar content, and mineral additives that were harmful to the body. It seemed an irony that in a country blessed with an abundance of greenery and natural vegetation producing a wide range of fruits and vegetables, a larger percentage of homes and families were consuming inorganic, imported and synthetic produce. This discontent also bordered on the implication of this degenerating trend on farmers, the agricultural sector and the Nigerian economy at large. Armed with a God-given vision and a desire to address this sad situation, our founder Mrs. Olivia Ogbuaku began Olivia Juice, a natural fruit juice and smoothie brand, from very little beginnings in 2012. According to her, “We cannot all sit and complain about everything being bad. Yes, there will always be negative issues but the question I ask myself is ‘What good can I do?’ ” The Olivia Juice brand championed pioneering efforts in encouraging Nigerians to embrace healthy eating habits, particularly at a time where fitness and health consciousness was not a popular culture and lifestyle. Years later, what began as a couple of Juices has grown to over 80 blends of Juices and Smoothies- easily the largest variant offering by one brand, in the Nigerian industry, and a wider product range including Parfait and Salads. A high level of product integrity, excellent service delivery, unflinching adherence to best practices, a loyal customer base and the sustained passion to share goodness to the world around, has been the mainstay of the Olivia brand all these years. With over 12 years of bringing farm freshness that provides nourishment, we are still here with gusto letting the world know it's always been more than that! It's about years of consistently serving goodness out of bottles and platters. At Olivia, we say, goodness never goes out of season. It can never be enough which is why today, and always, we pledge to continually provide everything fresh, everything good- smoothies, juices and veggies!
