Password requirements for shipping
The preference is for customers to be able to make transactions without creating a profile. Or dropping a password. Not every customer wants to do this. Is there an option for securing the site without this? Can we use captcha to verify emails, etc? The key is to make it as simple as possible without risking the security of the site.
Please see ingenioconcierge.com for an example of simple buyer journey and order processing. Can we get something simplified?
If you recommend this as the best option, then please make it very simple.We should perhaps have the subscript (This creates a profile for you to make future purchases easier) The password as it is seems complicated. Let’s keep it simple. Let the username option be included and clear so the person knows.
RESPONSE
- We have disabled compulsory account opening when checking out. Customers can now check out without having to open an account. (The website is also secured this way, no problem)

Customer to be free to choose an option , i think before the billing shipping page comes up.So, if i choose , pick up, then all i have to complete is the order form and then pay. But these 3 options should be decided upon first, before the customer is directed to the next stage

- About the 3 shipping options: As discussed earlier, 3rd party is based on them providing us with API keys and related
- Regarding Olivia Shipping: We have changed the phrase “Shipping Fee” to “Olivia Shipping” across all shipping zones of the website
- Regarding Pickup: We have added “Local Pickup” to all shipping zones across the website
- So, if you check, customers now have the ability to pick between “Olivia Shipping”
- “Local Pickup”
Payment
Cash - Only available in-store. Customer should be able to choose this option

Transfer - Details to be clearly stated
Card payment
- Paystack provides several options for transfer, etc. But i see kuda bank, wema bank, zenith, etc. The USSd codes, etc - these are not Olivia accounts? I don’t understand - Not to worry, all those options are for CUSTOMERS to pay with, it’s easy for customers to pay when they see all those options, they simply pick which works best for them… no matter the channel shown by Paystack, at the end of the day, the funds will come into your Paystack account
Order email notifications

in addition to back end and buyer notifications, these should be sent to Olivia Front Desk .oliviajuiceofficial@gmail.com so the front desk can process
